Job Description

Join the Ubisoft Singapore team as a Production Intern on Skull & Bones! This internship offers hands‑on exposure to game production and an opportunity to work closely with the production team and a multidisciplinary development team. As a Production Intern, you will support the team with project coordination and team operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Help schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for team sessions and playtests.
  • Support meeting preparation by ensuring agendas are in place and objectives are clear.
  • Take accurate meeting minutes, synthesize discussions into clear action items, and distribute summaries within agreed timelines.
  • Update project plans and task tracking using Jira and Excel, and regularly communicate status updates and issues to the Project Manager.
  • Follow up on action items and deliverables, help identify and unblock production issues, and support meetings to ensure clear outcomes.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring required tools, access, and equipment are prepared.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Proficiency in Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP / INDEX‑MATCH and pivot tables.
  • Experience supporting project coordination through school projects or previous internships.
  • Exposure to game development through academic or professional projects.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail in scheduling, documentation, and follow‑ups.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Curious and confident in asking questions or politely interrupting to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
