Job Description

Functions in management role within Affluent Banking. Directs assigned market’s sales efforts and the compliance/administrative duties of banking services. Responsible for setting and achieving revenue and expense budget for assigned market. Exercises prudence and diligence when reviewing structure of credit offers and is responsible for credit quality, risk management and compliance. Provides input to influence the strategic direction of important policies, procedures and programs. Proactively engages in strategic planning with key business partners within market, developing internal networks to further support the relationship management model. Contributes to and leads the development of activities to build referral relationships, promoting integrated partnerships that generate new client prospects and the deepening of the overall relationship of existing clients.

This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically three to five years of investment experience
- NASD 7 and 63 licenses
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Considerable knowledge of sales and sales strategies, including business development and networking
- Proven leadership abilities and personnel management skills
- Well-developed analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills
- Ability to engage in negotiation and conflict resolution by employing tact and diplomacy

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
