U-Haul International is currently looking for a Mail Services Clerk to join their fast-growing team. 

  

Job Requirements: 

  • Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for distribution 

  • Set up and operate a variety of department machines 

  • Weigh, seal, and meter all outgoing letter mail and parcels 

  • Pick up and deliver packages within the Midtown Campus which are too heavy or too large to handle through normal mailing procedures 

  

Skills: 

  • Must have excellent communication skills 

  • Details-oriented 

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask 

  • Ability to shift workload as necessary due to changing priorities 

  • Technical aptitude is preferred 

  • Strong collaborative skills to achieve consensus and be able to establish high quality work standards in a fast paced environment. 

  

Essential Duties: 

  • Reasonable and predictable attendance. 

  • Communicate with the Lead and/or Manager of any timeline alterations or scheduling conflicts and recommend alternative options and procedures when necessary. 

  • Complete work assignments in accordance with established operating schedules and procedures 

  • Complete necessary paperwork and verify data entry for  shipping labels, freight correspondence, and log books 

Hours:

  • Weekly rotation between 7:30am-4:00pm & 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
