Job description:

Team members stack finished product boxes (weighing up to 50 lbs.) on wooden pallets. This position requires standing, lifting, and repetitive motions for the entire shift.  Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and hot humid/wet environment.

Duties include:

• Effective Box Stacking:
  • Ensure proper setup for efficient packing.
  • Stack finished product boxes (up to 50 lbs.) on wooden pallets.
  • Arrange boxes in an organized and efficient manner.
• Pallet Wrapping and Preparation:
  • Wrap completed pallets securely for shipping.
  • Prepare pallets to be taken to the shipping area.
• Additional Duties:
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as directed by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be able to work with others to adhere to Tyson's safety culture. If an applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration, they may be contacted for a visit to the facility.
