The Manager, Information Technology will oversee and manage the company's information technology operations, ensuring that IT infrastructure and services are aligned with business objectives. This team member will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and operational efficiency within the IT department. This role involves leading and developing a diverse IT team across various specialties, including project management, product ownership, support, and technical roles. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaboration with IT Teams and Senior Management: Work to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of IT components and align IT strategies with business objectives and goals.

• Project Execution and Methodology: Apply Agile and Waterfall approaches to balance flexible, iterative development with structured planning and documentation, and implement scrum practices for adaptable delivery with clear milestones and reporting.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks within IT projects and operations, implementing basic mitigation strategies to minimize impact on team deliverables.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
• Team Support and Development: Directly manage a team of subject matter experts, supporting their development and acting as a technical resource to resolve complex issues.
• Technical Leadership and Guidance: Provide hands-on guidance to the team, ensuring best practices are followed and maintaining technical excellence.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience.
Preferred Certification(s): Any relevant IT Certification.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant and practical experience, preferably in IT management or a related role, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
