About this role

GENERAL DECRIPTION

Prepare cost proposals utilizing existing pricing models. Prepare documentation for the development of cost proposals and cost narratives as required.

DUTIES

  • Provide accurate pricing of proposals ensuring they are complete and compliant with all customer requirements and schedules.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts in the analysis of labor and material Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
  • Develop and maintain pricing files in accordance with requirements.
  • Assist in creating cost proposal documentation and back up including cost narratives when required.
  • Pricing to include small and large scale, multi-year proposals to include labor, materials, travel, subcontract costs, and other direct costs.
  • Prepare and present pricing files for management review and approval.
  • Work in a team hybrid environment.
  • Provide routine administrative support.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.
  • Requires 4+ years' experience in Government pricing and/or Project Finance experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • Knowledge of CBAs and Wage Determinations/ SCA desired.
  • Knowledge of all contract types including FFP, CPFF, and T&M.
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • General Computer Skills required

  • Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions
