About this role

We’re Hiring: Japanese Customer Support Executives

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based

Industry: Online Shopping Platform

What You’ll Do

Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls in Japanese (English not required)

Provide solutions and support related to online shopping experiences

Ensure high-quality and professional communication with customers

Work in rotational shifts to support global customers

What We’re Looking For

JLPT N1 certification OR Native Japanese speaker

Open to all nationalities (visa sponsorship available)

Fresh graduates & experienced customer service professionals are welcome

Willingness to relocate to Malaysia

What We Offer

Salary: RM 8,000 – RM 9,000 basic (depending on CS experience)

RM 500 transportation allowance

Shift allowance for afternoon shifts

Employment VISA & 1-way flight ticket reimbursement (for expats)

1-week hotel accommodation upon arrival (for expats)
