Tutor Perini Building Corp. is seeking a Field Office Coordinator to join our project site at Eagle Mountain Casino Phase2.

DESCRIPTION:
As a Field Office Coordinator at Tutor Perini Building Corp., reporting to the Senior Project Engineer, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative support to the project. Ensuring smooth day to day activities on the project site including document control, tracking daily reports & manpower logs, participate in weekly project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Work collaboratively with a team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
Aid with document control throughout the project.
Assemble and file necessary documentation for archiving along with project team at the end of the project.
Enters RFI’s and submittals accurately, proficiently, and in a timely manner
Insurance tracking
Time & Material tracking
Perform additional job as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS:
Highschool diploma or GED
2 or more years of financial reporting and or administrative experience.
Ability to effectively communicate and work as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work on time sensitive deadlines, while remaining flexible and able to pivot between tasks as needed.
Strong computer skills with the ability to use MS Office Suite with proficiency
Associates Degree, or some college is preferred but not required
Some construction industry work experience is preferred but not required
