About this role
Als Servicekraft (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für den Betrieb der Cafeteria an unserem Standort Grünhain-Beierfeld. Mit Ihrem Blick für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und einem zuverlässigen Service tragen Sie dazu bei, dass sich unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen während der Pausen wohlfühlen. Sie steuern die Abläufe vorausschauend, sorgen für einen reibungslosen Betrieb und gestalten den Cafeteriabereich als zentralen Ort der Begegnung mit.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Eigenständige Verantwortung für den Betrieb der Cafeteria
- Bestellung und Abrechnung von Essen und Getränken
- Bereitstellung von Geschirr, Besteck, Speisen und Getränken
- Durchführung notwendiger Reinigungsarbeiten sowie Einhaltung der Hygienestandards
- Sicherstellung eines ordentlichen, gepflegten und gut organisierten Cafeteriabereichs
Ihr Profil
- Wünschenswert sind praktische Erfahrungen als Küchenmitarbeiter/in oder Servicekraft
- Gepflegtes Auftreten, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Organisationsgeschick und zuverlässige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität sowie ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit
