About this role
Als Product Owner (m/w/d) Workday HCM übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für den Support und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Workday HCM Portfolios und arbeiten dabei eng mit den Fachbereichen sowie HR zusammen. Sie übersetzen komplexe Anforderungen in zielgerichtete Workday‑Konfigurationen, steuern Tests und Release‑Zyklen und stellen einen reibungslosen Betrieb von Integrationen sicher.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Verantwortung für den Support und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Workday‑HCM‑Portfolios
Aufnahme, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen und HR
Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in Workday‑Konfigurationen und technische Spezifikationen
Konfiguration, Test, Validierung und Implementierung von Geschäftsprozessen in Workday
Unterstützung beim Betrieb von Integrationen sowie sicherer Umgang mit EIBs (z. B. Datenimporte und ‑exporte)
Durchführung von Tests, Qualitätssicherung und Management der Release‑Zyklen
Mitarbeit in Workday‑Projekten, z. B. bei weiteren Rollouts
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Personalmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit Workday, idealerweise in der Administration
Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Sehr gutes Verständnis von HR‑Prozessen und deren technischer Abbildung
Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes Ownership‑Mindset
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
