This role is located in Somerville, MA - We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week.

The Edge group is responsible for all connectivity solutions within the Tulip platform, including device integration, machine interfaces, and business system connections, as well as the deployment of solutions to the shop floor.

What skills do I need? 



  • 3-5+ years of Product Management experience required (SaaS specific and Enterprise experience is a plus)

  • Experience in, or familiarity with, manufacturing software solutions (ERP, MES, PLM) is strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s required and MBA preferred. 

  • Previous experience navigating a "0-to-1" product launch.

  • Technical fluency in the basics of microservice software architecture, allowing you to engage effectively with engineering teams and contribute to architecture and tradeoff decisions across the connectivity stack. Any experience with industrial protocols, connectivity and system integration is a major plus. 

  • Experience using customer feedback, analytical thinking, and experimentation to make product decisions at scale.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication. You can explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.

  • Proven ability to gather diverse customer requirements, manage stakeholders (both internal and external), and deliver high-quality products.


Key Responsibilities



  • Competitive & Market Analysis: Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends in edge computing and industrial connectivity to inform product differentiation.

  • Connectivity & Integration Strategy: Define and prioritize integration capabilities across devices, machines, and business systems (ERP, MES, PLM) to expand platform value.

  • Requirements Definition: Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

  • Stakeholder management: Manage and align diverse stakeholders across internal teams and external customers to ensure product priorities meet business and technical needs.

  • Agile & Project Delivery: Work with Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional partners to get an MVP, and see it through to delivery

  • Go-to-Market Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing and Commercial teams to support product launches, positioning, and sales enablement for connectivity solutions.

  • Data and Analytics Insights: Shape and share key KPIs and data for core product areas and use them to inform roadmap and decision making.

  • Strategic Communication: Serve as a strategic partner and trusted communicator, internally and externally.

  • Documentation & Enablement: Ensure clear technical documentation and enablement materials exist to support internal teams and customer adoption.

  • AI Proficiency: Have developed opinion on how AI impacts your PM workflow and maintain curiosity around how AI can improve your day to day.

The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range posted, actual compensation will be determined depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge & skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, market compensation data, and internal equity. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $145,000 per year.
