ABOUT OUR OFFER
- A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary, but also your average earned monthly commission of 2.000 EUR on top.
- 40 working hours, and 1,5 days off per week
- 2 paid annual leave days per month
- A company iPad & uniform are of course standard.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Become the local expert, passionately showcasing the best of our destinations, including culture, history, and sustainability.
- Guide guests in discovering and booking excursions and TUI Experiences that perfectly match their holiday needs.
- Escort excursions in our destinations, providing engaging commentary, support, and service along the way.
- Support our guests by answering questions, helping them use the TUI App and website, ensuring a smooth booking journey, from the moment they step foot at the airport.
- Monitor your success through sales achievements and guest feedback, celebrating the positive impact you create.
- Promote sustainability and encourage guests to make a positive impact while travelling.

- A true people person who loves sharing positivity and connecting with international guests.
- Enthusiastic about culture, travel, and sustainability, with a passion for showing guests the best of our destinations.
- Willing to learn the digital tools and product knowledge required to provide outstanding service.
- Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative - thriving both independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Fully conversational in Czech plus English.
- Driving license is mandatory.

What you'll do
- The Sales & Excursion Rep will showcase local destinations, guide guests in booking excursions, and provide support throughout their journey. They will also promote sustainability and monitor their success through sales achievements and guest feedback.
