Join our Port Delivery Team in Southampton as a Port Delivery Coordinator, where you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of cruise turnaround operations including working with cruise line clients, arranging transfer suppliers and engaging with our amazing pier staff in various ports around the UK.

ABOUT YOU

  • Degree education preferable but not essential. 
  • Previous experience in cruise and maritime industry. 
  • Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Teams and Sharepoint.  
  • Highly organized and methodical person, able to work independently and within a team. 
  • Flexibility in working days and hours.   
  • Excellent communication skills essential. 
  • Excellent level of English, both written and verbal. Any additional language advantageous. 
  • Flexibility to travel to different UK & Ireland destinations if required.

 

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Plan and confirm all required services with suppliers for our turnaround operations including arranging transport, scheduling staff and all other services as requested by the cruise line client.  
  • Preparation of all operational paperwork as required. 
  • Responsibility for successful operational delivery of turnaround calls working with our amazing pier team.
  • Requirement for local support at turnarounds where possible.
  • Rostered duty cover across 365 days of the year to support UK turnaround operations. 
  • Communicating directly with on-board staff and head office staff from our cruise line clients. 
  • Collaborate with local transport and merchandise suppliers to cater for specialised cruise line requests.
  • Handling of all administrative tasks related to the role including validating staff hours and turnaround related invoicing.
