Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Executive Assistant Manager, Rooms Division provides leadership and direction across all Rooms operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Engineering and Guest Services.

 

The role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience, driving profitability, leading teams, and ensuring consistent quality and brand standards.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Lead and oversee all Rooms Division operations to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Drive and monitor daily quality processes, guest feedback analysis and service recovery.
  • Partner with the General Manager to implement operational policies, budgets and performance targets.
  • Lead, coach and develop department heads and teams through effective communication and performance management.
  • Optimise staffing, cost control, inventory and payroll in line with occupancy and business needs.
  • Manage complex guest issues professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and emergency procedures across the Rooms Division.


ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 10 years’ hotel experience, including at least 5 years in a Rooms Division managerial role.
  • Degree or diploma from a reputable hotel or hospitality school preferred.
  • Proven experience across multiple Rooms Division functions within resort or hotel operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
  • Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
  • Guest-focused with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with Property Management Systems (Opera preferred).
  • Resilient, flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume resort environment.
  • International experience within five-star or luxury hotels is an advantage.
