As a Business Development Specialist for the Intercruises brand within TUI Musement, you'll drive commercial growth for our cruise business while developing strategic client and supplier relationships globally.

The role will be published until 27/01.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll be responsible for the commercial development of cruise business for assigned cruise line clients and managing commercial relationships with local suppliers.

  • We'll count on you to prepare financial and content proposals according to client specifications and deadlines, ensuring competitive rates and attractive margins.

  • You'll communicate with cruise line clients regarding ongoing Requests for Proposal and Ad Hoc Quotation requests, while actively acquiring new cruise business.

  • Your creativity will shine as you develop compelling Shore Excursions for our cruise clients in key destinations.

  • Working closely with Operations teams, you'll ensure alignment between quoted and delivered services while providing support for ad hoc quotation requests.

  • You'll monitor the financial sustainability of the business through tools like Salesforce and strategize on ways to increase profitability.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have proven experience in the cruise industry with a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and tourism trends in Croatia 

  • You have to be fluent in Croatian and English 
  • Your background includes experience in sales or account management, preferably within the tourism industry.

  • strong commercial mindset with demonstrated negotiation skills and a successful record of closing deals and building strategic partnerships is essential for this role.

  • Communication comes naturally to you, allowing you to effectively engage with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • You're comfortable using digital tools such as task management systems and Salesforce to drive business results.

  • The ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail helps you deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in working with luxury product would be a plus
