
Tubman is seeking a Temporary Full Time Youth and Family Worker- Rapid Re-Housing, to provide resources and connections to comprehensive services for clients in shelter, housing, and community-based settings.
The shift is Tuesdays- Saturdays from 10 AM - 6:30 PM
In this role you serve youth, adults and families by providing intensive case management through Rapid Rehousing support. As a direct services staff, you will provide mentorship and resources to help maximize potential by highlighting individual strengths. You will also serve as a systems change advocate to ensure relevant services for youth, adults and families who represent historically marginalized communities. Compensation & Benefits
The salary for the position is $23.50 per hour.
