Scope:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for process improvement to join our Finance Process Automation team. In this role, you will support the development and deployment of automated solutions to numerous finance projects. The goal of this role is to leverage digital technologies and automation solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business performance.  This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Finance Process Automation.  This is a hybrid remote role in Santa Ana, CA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process analysis and redesign
    • Analyze current manual processes
    • Redesign processes to be completed with automation tools
    • Ensure process meets business needs
    • Develop and deploy automation solutions to replace the manual processes
  • End user training and support
    • Train business users on the new automation solution
    • Provide ongoing support for deployed solutions
    • Periodic testing of existing processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of the results
  • Process documentation
    • Build both technical and user-friendly documentation for new and existing projects
  • Stakeholder collaboration
    • Partner with finance teams to identify automation opportunities
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to communicate technical topics in a clear manner that business users can understand
  • Excellent time management skills
    • Ability to appropriately allocate the necessary time to each project to ensure on time delivery
    • Ability to work on multiple projects at a time with shifting priorities
  • Strong curiosity and investigative skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Power Point, and Power Pivot
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Familiarity with Python and its data related libraries
  • Familiarity with other general-purpose languages such as JavaScript, C++ preferred
  • Familiarity with data processing tools such as Alteryx, Power Query, or similar
  • Working knowledge of other data processing and visualization tools such as Cognos Analytics, Tableau, SAS, or Power BI preferred
  • Working knowledge of data transfer protocols and data structures preferred

Education and Experience:

•     Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, information systems, accounting, finance, or related field required

•     5+ years of relevant experience

•     Master's degree holders may be considered with less experience

•     Alteryx Designer Core and Alteryx Designer Advanced certifications a plus #LI-EC1


Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$93,920 - $156,533

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of  Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
