About this role

Job Description:

Profile

  • Bachelor of Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical.
  • More than 3 years of experience in NEW product development processes, emphasizing design, manufacturing, quality, test or reliability activities.
  • Technical conversational English level (bilingual desirable). 
  • Expert of RCA methods as 8D, A3. Previous relevant experience with Design of experiments, life data analysis, and other related statistical tools and software (i.e. Minitab, ReliaSoft, MonteCarlo).
  • ASQ Reliability Engineering Certification (ASQ-CRE). Vibrations and sound certification (Desirable)
  • Knowledge and experience in core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, AMEF, CP)
  • Ability to travel 25% of time (including international)

Activities

  • Lead teams for new product designs and engineering changes with respect to product reliability, user requirements and warranty information.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing to define the products specifications/CTQs leading in all aspect of reliability, quality, and testing. 
  • Draw concise, logical, and written conclusions from experiments / tests results based on data analysis.
