Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or educational equivalent field.
7+ years of experience in related Quality Assurance.
Former Lead or Managerial experience preferred.
Advanced English.

Ensuring product quality from design to production, through the implementation of advanced quality tools, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Manage and direct a team focused on ensuring only high‑quality products.
Drive and manage individual timing to complete project and test development deliverables.
Responsible for cradle‑to‑grave product performance and conformance.
Identify and provide training opportunities to the team to develop new capabilities.
Manage product testing and manufacturing problem‑solving throughout projects as needed.
