<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>The area of responsibility includes:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintaining and developing relationships with authorities, port authorities, associations, etc.</li>
<li>Developing and implementing public affairs strategies to support corporate goals</li>
<li>Preparing, supporting, and following up on negotiations with partners and customers</li>
<li>Providing legally compliant advice and coordination on relevant issues, particularly in the area of contracts (review, drafting, negotiation)</li>
<li>Preparation of presentations and statements</li>
<li>Monitoring of political and industry-relevant developments, reporting to management</li>
<li>Being responsible for the company’s PR strategy and contacts</li>
</ul>

<li>Negotiation skills, analytical skills, strategic thinking</li>
<li>Legal understanding and experience in advising on regulatory issues</li>
<li>Very good English skills. German, Swedish or Polish are a plus.</li>
<li>Proactive, engaging communication style and team orientation</li>

- The Public Affairs & Communications Manager will maintain and develop relationships with authorities and implement public affairs strategies. They will also prepare presentations, monitor political developments, and manage the company's PR strategy.

Our company has been operating direct ferry services between Germany and Sweden since 1962, which started with the route Travemünde - Trelleborg and was followed 20 years later by the route Rostock - Trelleborg.
Since 2014, TT-Line also connects Poland and Sweden via Świnoujście, which makes us the only ferry service offering all 3 main routes between Continental Europe and Sweden.
