<p><strong>Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Unterstützung bei der Fahrzeugabfertigung am Schalter und im Check-in-Haus</li>
<li>Kontakt mit Kunden sowie Koordination mit Ladeoffizieren der Schiffe, Stauereimitarbeitern und Hafenmitarbeitern</li>
<li>Flexibler Schichtdienst, einschließlich Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschichten sowie Wochenenden</li>
</ul>

<li>Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse, die durch unser internes Training weiterentwickelt werden können</li>
<li>Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und ein serviceorientiertes, verbindliches Auftreten</li>
<li>Wohnhaft in Lübeck oder Travemünde</li>
<li>Grundkenntnisse der <strong>englischen</strong> Sprache sind erforderlich, um effektiv mit internationalen Kunden zu kommunizieren</li>

What you'll do
- The role involves supporting vehicle processing at the check-in counter and coordinating with customers and ship officers. It requires flexible shift work, including early, late, and night shifts, as well as weekends.

Our company has been operating direct ferry services between Germany and Sweden since 1962, which started with the route Travemünde - Trelleborg and was followed 20 years later by the route Rostock - Trelleborg.
