Job Title: Project Manager

 

Job Descriptions: The Project Manager will collaborate with dynamic customers, North American Sales and TSMC Headquarters in Taiwan. Specific duties include: build relationships and trust with customers. Fully understand customers’ products, roadmaps and technical needs to find an optimum solution for both the customer and TSMC customer. Drive multiple teams to develop competitive and creative technical solutions, while ensuring efficient use of TSMC’s resources. Collect feedback from customers on their concerns and needs. Provide local technical support together with domain experts as required. Ensure clear and accurate external and internal communication.

 

Requirements: Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering or related field; and two (2) years of experience in a related position.

Work experience or academic coursework must have included: Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing design, process, operations and integration of 28nm HKMG, 10nm FinFET, 7nm FinFET, 6nm FinFET, 2nm NSFET, 14 Å NSFET and Advanced Packaging including SoIC, and CoWoS; Knowledge in yield boosting techniques in HVM fab and proficiency in adopting defect reduction activities and process-window optimization activities; and Experience implementing advanced packaging techniques including SoIC (System-on-Integrated-Chips) and CoWoS (Chip-on-Wafer-on-Substrate) to enable the product scoping and architecture finalization of next-generation AI chips.

Salary Range: $121,035/year to $180,500/year.

At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $121,035/year to $180,500/year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location.  TSMC’s total compensation package consists of market competitive pay, allowances, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
