Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler-Resistor Coil- 2nd Shift

Job Description:

Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, we are in search of Assemblers for various Assembly lines. This position plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. As part of load banks assembly team, the Assembler is responsible for producing world class quality products per customer specifications.

Job Responsibilities:  

 

  • Ability to build assemblies to print, including laying out and physically mounting devices to assemblies, wiring to print and OHM testing panels to ensure that it is built according to print.  Must be able to interpret electrical schematics with the assistance of electricians. 
  • Read, understand, and utilize engineering and manufacturing documents, including bill of material, assembly drawings, assembly work instructions, wiring schematics and diagrams. 
  • Ensure a high level of quality by completing required in-process quality checks and escalate non conformances to appropriate resources. 
  • Follow work order directions and safely produce the quantity of parts required and withing the required specifications. 
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area. 
  • Complete and maintain all required documentation necessary in the operation. 
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned. 

 

Job Requirements:

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read instructions, safely operate equipment and visually inspect parts produced.
  • Frequent lifting, standing, and bending required 
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds unassisted

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good verbal and writing skills
  • Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must
  • Good hand dexterity and grip strength. 
  • Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams preferred.
  • One year of wiring experience preferred.
  • Proficient use of hand and power tools required. 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving ability.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task.
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, drives closure on open issues with minimal supervision.
  • High personal integrity and ethics with uncompromising standards.
