Role Summary

We are looking for a data-driven, execution-focused Senior Growth Manager with a strong hands-on track record in SEO, ASO, website management and cross-functional product growth. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling Trust Wallet’s organic and paid acquisition channels globally, owning strategic growth experiments, and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Brand teams to drive user adoption across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a global SEO roadmap (technical, on-page, content) to improve rankings and traffic.

• Conduct audits, keyword research, and performance tracking across web properties.

• Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy across iOS and Android for all key markets.

• Manage localization, A/B testing, creatives, and in-app events in multiple languages.

• Optimize for cost-effective installs, retention, and user quality.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to drive growth experiments, funnel improvements, and user lifecycle initiatives.

• Analytics & Reporting: maintain dashboards, monitor KPIs, and own performance reporting across all acquisition channels.
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years in growth marketing, with deep hands-on experience in SEO, ASO, and performance media

• Strong familiarity with tools such as Plausible, Adjust, GA4, GSC, Firebase, Sensor Tower, App Store Connect

• Experience working in crypto/Web3, fintech, or high-growth mobile product environments

• Data-driven mindset, with a bias for action and experimentation

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced remote setup.
  

Nice to Have

• Crypto-native or strong interest in Web3 / financial sovereignty

• Experience with emerging markets (LATAM, Africa, SEA, India)

• Comfortable leading campaigns across both B2C and partner marketing contexts

• Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and web3 ad networks.
