This position is responsible for manual and machine operated assembly and test of High-Power Diode Laser Products.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform and meet fully the quality on assigned station.          

• Set up calibration on assigned station/machine.

• Perform and meet fully output on assigned station.

• Works independently, systematically and is goal oriented.                                  

• Manage day to day production targets and assignments.

• Maintains organized workstation and area.    

• Understanding of operation procedures, rules, and actions.

• Participate in shopfloor activities and follow through agreements.                               

• Fosters and supports changes within the organization. 

Experience / Education

Minimum two years’ experience as a manufacturing operator. Experience in semiconductor, electronic field or optics assembly would be very welcomed. Good inter-personal skills and ability to use a computer and standard software packages (MS Office) a plus. Must be able to effectively work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision and be able to wear a smock covering the entire body while working.
