This position is responsible for manual and machine operated assembly and test of High-Power Diode Laser Products.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities

Perform and meet fully the quality on assigned station.
Set up calibration on assigned station/machine.
Perform and meet fully output on assigned station.
Works independently, systematically and is goal oriented.
Manage day to day production targets and assignments.
Maintains organized workstation and area.
Understanding of operation procedures, rules, and actions.
Participate in shopfloor activities and follow through agreements.
Fosters and supports changes within the organization.
Experience / Education
Minimum two years’ experience as a manufacturing operator. Experience in semiconductor, electronic field or optics assembly would be very welcomed. Good inter-personal skills and ability to use a computer and standard software packages (MS Office) a plus. Must be able to effectively work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision and be able to wear a smock covering the entire body while working.
