Funciones:

Validar y registro de facturas para realizar un listado de todos los saldos a pagar de cada proveedor.
Carga de XML y PDF al SAP de todas las facturas registradas durante el mes.
Realización del estado de cuenta mencionando el monto que se pago y el nombre del proveedor a quien se le realizo el pago.
Registro de Facturas de Filiales.
Renovar y registrar los seguros de autos que TRUMPF maneja.
Registro de pedimentos y gastos logísticos para conciliación de la cuenta aduanera
Carga de XML y PDF al SAP de todos los gastos logísticos.
Elaboración de requisiciones arrendamientos de autos de la compañía.
