Who You Are:

 

You are a material moving and production master. You thrive in a team setting and want the team to succeed.

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Loads and unloads trucks, packs, and stacks product in appropriate areas.
  • Utilizes a seated forklift to transport material safely throughout the plant.
  • Ensures trucks are loaded according to DOT Safety Standards.
  • Stages material daily prior to loading trucks; reads and attaches appropriate labels and tags to products.
  • Wraps and boxes material with plastic wrap and cardboard to prevent damage to material.
  • Transports aluminum or other materials from one position/location to another to expedite the production process.
  • Cut material to size on a saw, per the work order.
  • Follows work instructions by reading labels to expedite the production process; understands and communicates paperwork and labels/picking list.
  • Utilizes a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications.
  • Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment.

 

Skills You Bring:

  • Prior warehouse and or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure to measure product
  • Able to lift 75 lbs. throughout your shift as needed
  • Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends)
