Job Summary

We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Solutions Architect with deep expertise in modern content ecosystems to design, implement, and optimize our digital platform architecture. The ideal candidate will bridge strategic vision with practical execution, delivering robust solutions that leverage WordPress, headless CMS platforms, and sophisticated data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using WordPress and headless CMS platforms (Sanity.io, Payload CMS)

• Architect decoupled content systems that separate frontend presentation from backend content management

• Develop and document technical architecture patterns, standards, and best practices

• Plan and execute complex content migrations between various CMS platforms and data sources

• Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines for data integration and synchronization

• Serve as the technical authority on CMS architecture and data integration strategies

• Mentor engineers on best practices for headless architecture and data modeling

• Develop custom plugins/modules/extensions for WordPress and headless CMS platform.s

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress architecture, including custom theme/plugin development

• 3+ years implementing headless CMS solutions (Sanity.io, Payload CMS, or similar)

• Strong background in data modeling for content-driven applications

• Extensive ETL experience with tools like Apache NiFi, Talend, custom scripts, or cloud-native solutions

• Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and REST/GraphQL APIs

• Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and caching strategies

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code principles
