Head of Growth

Trove is looking for a Head of Growth to join our founding team. The right person will be both technical and creative. You don’t need to have worked in collectibles but you should care about culture, internet communities, and things people are genuinely passionate about. You’ll work with the founding team architecting the growth marketing system end-to-end. Your goal is to build the engine across all channels partnering closely with Product, Design, and Streamer/Creator Partnerships; taking the Growth function from 0-1, then optimizing it from 1-n. Your Experience: - Building growth systems from the ground up - Working in-house for high growth, consumer brands - Owning the launch of a new digital product - Executing customer acquisition campaigns - Creating and executing brand campaigns - Understanding how culture spreads online - Working with creators, streams, and influencers - Working directly with founders - Executing with incomplete information and operating in ambiguity About us: We’re building a new kind of collectibles company from the ground up.
