Founding iOS Engineer

Trove is looking for an iOS Engineer to join our early-stage team. As we prepare to launch our first product we need talented developers with bold ideas who can help bring the team’s vision to life. We’re looking for someone who thrives in the energy of a founding team where priorities evolve, constraints are real, and momentum matters. You should be excited to roll up your sleeves, make thoughtful architectural decisions with incomplete information, and lay down systems that can support rapid product evolution without compromising the user experience. The right person has strong empathy for the end user and appreciates clean, functional design. You should care about craft, performance, and the details that make an experience feel effortless. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where ideas turn into shipped features quickly, and where you’ll help determine not just how things are built, but how they function and feel. Your Experience: - Strong proficiency in Swift - Launching a consumer based app from 0 to 1 - Working in early stage startups - Shipping and scaling a highly interactive consumer app - Building complex interfaces that feel simple - Building for marketplace, fintech, gaming, or social apps - Owning features end-to-end, from design through launch - Shipping experiments quickly, then iterating About Us: We’re building a new kind of collectibles company from the ground up.
