About this role

About TripleTen

TripleTen is a service that empowers individuals, regardless of their prior experience, to embark on the exciting and challenging journey of mastering tech professions.

Our bootcamps focus on training students in software engineering, data science, business intelligence analytics, and QA engineering in a feasible and accessible way, ultimately leading them to thrive in a new career.

Our mission is to ensure that every student has the opportunity to successfully master a new profession, find their purpose, and become a valuable member of the tech industry.

TripleTen is a remote first organization mirroring our students who complete our bootcamps in a remote environment.

💡 Please note that after applying for this position, you will be required to complete a test assignment. Successfully completing this assignment will be the first step in the interview process.

This position is a remote, 1 year contract role. The compensation will be based upon the successful candidates curriculum writing experience, practical teaching background, and existing knowledge of the subject matter.

What you will do

  • Redesign and own the QA program curriculum: map out the skill progression, define learning outcomes, and ensure the program stays aligned with job market demands.
  • Write and structure new and existing content: lessons, projects, assessments, and additional materials.
  • Build and maintain testable environments (e.g., apps, APIs, databases) students will use throughout the program.
  • Actively support and improve the program post-launch â€” based on students’ feedback, program analytics, bug reports, and product updates.
  • Collaborate with designers, QA reviewers, product managers, and instructors to ensure a high-quality, engaging, and technically accurate learning experience.
  • Monitor how AI and automation trends are transforming QA — and keep our content relevant.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in writing, teaching, or developing technical content.
  • Experience building simple web apps or APIs for test automation or educational purposes.
  • Ability to design an end-to-end learning journey, not just write standalone lessons.
  • Tech & AI curiosity: Enthusiastic about experimenting with AI in real- world tech workflows — and excited to teach students how to leverage it responsibly.
  • Strong written English and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working independently and cross-functionally with
  • designers, developers, and educators.

How we evaluate candidates:

Test assignment

  • After your interview, we’ll send you a test assignment that mimics a real part of the job — outlining a learning flow.
  • You’ll get 3 business days to complete it.

Portfolio-based (optional)

  • If you wish you can share examples of your previous work — a lesson you’ve written, a curriculum map, a GitHub repo with a student-facing project, or a blog post where you explain a QA concept.

What we can offer you

  • Full Time, Remote work, on a 1 year contract.
  • Monthly payment range $6000 - $7000 USD (gross) based on core curriculum writing experience, practical teaching background, and existing knowledge of the subject matter.
  • Digital office. We use modern digital tools like Figma, Notion, Slack, etc., to keep our teamwork smooth.
  • Have the freedom to work professionally. We trust your experience and don't believe in micromanaging.
  • See concrete results from your work by measuring the percentage of students who land jobs after completing our courses.
  • Join our diverse and close-knit team. We're spread out across the US, Europe, and more.

We're excited to get to know you and work together!
