As the <strong>Supply Planner</strong> for the U.S., you’ll ensure that the supply of our drinks and supplements portfolio is planned, executed and optimised to meet demand in-full and on-time while balancing inventory cost, customer service targets and brand integrity. You’ll work cross-functionally to translate demand into supply plans, manage inventory flows, support new product launches and ensure operational readiness with manufacturing/co-pack and logistics partners</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Convert demand forecasts into actionable supply plans.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Maintain rolling plans and ensure product availability.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Manage inventory across DCs and co-packers; optimize safety stock.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Flag supply risks and lead mitigation plans.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Coordinate with co-packers/manufacturers on capacity and lead times.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Support launches, packaging changes, and promotions with supply readiness.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Align with logistics on inbound materials and outbound shipments.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Report key supply metrics (fill rate, OTIF, inventory days, stock-outs).</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Support S&amp;OP with supply insights and scenarios.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Maintain accurate BOMs/master data.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Drive continuous improvement in planning and inventory.</p></li></ul><div><br></div><div><p dir="ltr"><strong>ABOUT YOU </strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">3–6 years’ experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or supply planning preferably in FMCG/CPG or beverage/consumer goods environment.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret supply chain data, variances, inventory KPIs, fill-rates and drive action.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Familiarity with co-packing/contract manufacturing and finished goods supply planning in a multi‐site or import environment.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Understanding of inventory management concepts: days of supply, safety stock, obsolescence, stock‐outs, lead‐times</p></li></ul><div><br></div><p dir="ltr"><strong>THE PACKAGE</strong></p><p dir="ltr">We offer a Comprehensive Benefits Plan that includes the following:</p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Medical, Dental &amp; Vision Insurance</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Paid-Time-Off Program</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Mindfulness support with Calm App membership</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">401k</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Life Insurance</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A range of voluntary benefits</p></li></ul><ul></ul></div>
