Position Summary

Trinity is seeking a talented Marketing Intern to join our team for the Summer of 2026. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills and willingness to learn. The Marketing Intern will work closely with the marketing team to support the development of brand-aligned social media content, email marketing campaigns, website updates, and internal communications. This Intern will have the opportunity to engage with Interns in other departments and participate in programming throughout the Summer. This Summer Internship will begin with a comprehensive company and team-specific training program, as well as on-the-job learning sessions.

The internship program will run for 9 weeks from June 15, 2026-August 14, 2026 based in our New York office. Trinity practices a hybrid model with expectations to be in the office at least 2-3 days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $27/hour

Hours Expectation: 40 hrs/week

Position Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, webinars, and events
  • Create marketing content, including social media posts, blog posts, collateral, and website copy
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency across all channels and touchpoints
  • Leverage marketing technology tools and platforms in the execution of campaigns
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for team enhancements
  • Help bring our brand story to life across campaigns, content, and day-to-day marketing initiatives

Position Requirements

Education: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field preferred

Work Experience: No prior experience required

  • Able to commit to the full duration of the Internship program, and follow Trinity’s hybrid model
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Interest in exploring a career in Marketing is a must

Other Skills

  • Proficiency in MS office and/or tech-savvy
  • Highly organized is a must
  • Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML design or email marketing technology a plus
