
Step into a dynamic Clinical Pharmacist role where you’ll deliver high‑impact clinical and operational pharmacy services across inpatient and outpatient infusion settings. As a PRN Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll support safe, effective, and evidence‑based medication therapy that enhances patient outcomes and strengthens our clinical teams.

In this rewarding PRN role, you will:
Provide comprehensive pharmacy services, including therapeutic drug monitoring, drug regimen review, and patient/staff education
Support interdisciplinary teams through medical staff collaboration, resident teaching, and clinical leadership
Assist in developing and improving departmental policies, programs, and clinical services
Participate in Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee activities, residency programs, and institutional education
Perform distribution pharmacist duties: order entry, medication preparation, and safe drug dispensing
Offer expert guidance on medication selection, dosing, and therapy management
Maintain high standards of regulatory compliance, safety, and professionalism
Communicate clearly and positively with patients, providers, and colleagues
Support associate training, performance development, and department quality initiatives
Stay current on pharmacy advancements and contribute to staff education
Assist with drug use evaluations, ADR reporting, pharmacokinetics services, nutrition support, and new clinical service development
What You will need:
Education:
PharmD strongly preferred; BS Pharmacy considered
Completion of a pharmacy residency preferred but not required
Licensure:
Active Indiana Pharmacist license or eligibility as a licensed Pharmacy Intern in Indiana
Experience:
Hospital or institutional pharmacy experience preferred
Proficiency in pharmacokinetic monitoring, nutrition consults, and drug information services.
