
Perform standard laboratory procedures across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology.
Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and analyzers.
Accurately process and evaluate specimens, ensuring proper labeling and identification.
Maintain laboratory safety standards and adhere to infection control protocols.
Participate in quality control, proficiency testing, and continuing education.
Communicate effectively with team members, departments, and patients.
Assist with inventory management and inspection readiness.
Support student interns and contribute to a collaborative team environment
