We are looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven recruiter to join our Global Talent Attraction Team. You will play a pivotal role in bridge-building between universities and our business, turning high-potential students into the future leaders who will help us transform the way the world works!

Key Exciting Responsibilities
Spearhead Initiatives: Execute and scale recruitment strategies and development programs for intern and rotational programs to meet Trimble’s ambitious global hiring goals
Be the Face of Trimble: Cultivate and own long-term relationships with top-tier universities, faculty, and student partners through high-energy on-campus and virtual events
Master the Talent Lifecycle: Drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from creative sourcing and screening to managing the selection and offer process for diverse business functions
Influence with Insights: Collaborate with senior stakeholders and use recruiting metrics to inform strategies and continuously refine our global early career brand.
Essential Skills & Experience
Relationship Architect: You are a natural communicator with a proven talent for building deep, lasting relationships and public speaking
Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business/HR or have equivalent professional experience in the field
Recruiting Foundational: You have up to 2 years of experience in HR or recruiting, with a genuine passion for early talent development
Tech-Savvy Recruiter: You are comfortable utilizing tools like Workday, LinkedIn, NZ Uni, or Prospel to manage talent pipelines and project workflows.
Bonus Points For:
Program Design: Previous experience designing internship programs or technical recruiting experience
Partnership Expertise: Background in working directly with university career services or faculty to develop strategic partnerships.
