What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you’ll be more than just an intern; you will be a key contributor to our Finance-Systems team, directly influencing the accuracy and efficiency of our global billing and reporting operations. You will gain rare, hands-on exposure to complex revenue recognition and automated testing, helping to shape the financial backbone of a company that defines industry standards for airborne and marine survey applications.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Drive Financial Accuracy: Manage the end-to-end processing of customer invoices and credit memos to ensure precision in our global financial operations.

  • Innovate and Automate: Create and maintain automated test cases and support the development of new functionalities through manual testing.

  • Support Global Operations: Generate and maintain vital "Composer" reports and documents, including revenue recognition, forecasting, and RMA data.

  • Empower Sales Growth: Facilitate the sales cycle by supporting contract generation and maintaining product releases and pricing rules.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program for Accounting or Business.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate level) and Word for data management and record-keeping.

  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and exercise sound judgment.
