What We’re Looking For

 

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Informatics Quality Report Manager to join our team! The Informatics Quality Report Manager is a technical and administrative position that leads and supervises the Quality Reporting Unit within the Information Technology (IT) Department, overseeing data management, organizational and state reporting requirements, and informatics project needs. The Informatics Quality Report Manager is responsible for identifying and analyzing data, producing required reports, recognizing trends, applying statistical expertise, and driving the data operations toward automation to support self-service reporting. This role oversees staff, processes, technology, timelines and deliverables; collaborates with stakeholders; supports team development and performance; resolves staffing and project issues; stays current with emerging technologies; and delivers reporting and analysis to senior leadership.

 

On a typical day, you might:

 

  • Generate, analyze, and validate reports for the purpose of identifying trends/patterns in data or concerns with agency performance with a focus on quality.
  • Maintain schedule of reporting and distribute reports to appropriate internal/external stakeholders. 
  • Responsible for ensuring that all reports/data required and requested by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) are submitted by the identified deadlines. 
  • Participate in monitoring reviews by external organizations, including the annual external quality review and accreditation reviews. 
  • Manage work tracking or workflow systems (i.e. ticketing system) for Informatics/ Data Reporting, as directed.

Qualifications

 

Required:

  • Associate’s degree and three (3) years of experience in statistical data analysis, data management, statistics reporting (including population statistics or program metric development and implementation for behavioral health, mental health, substance abuse, developmental disabilities, and/or co-occurring population disorders), use of databases, or other mathematically driven quality improvement. OR 
  • Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of experience in statistical data analysis, data management, statistics reporting (including population statistics or program metric development and implementation for behavioral health, mental health, substance abuse, developmental disabilities, and/or co-occurring population disorders), use of databases, or other mathematically driven quality improvement. OR 
  • Equivalent combination of education/experience. 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must reside in North Carolina
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

 

 

 

 

Preferred:

  • Degree in Mathematics, Information Technology, Actuarial/Statistics, Data Analytics, Sciences health field (such as Public Health, etc.) Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Service field, or other data related degree program
  • Supervision of two (2) or more employees.
  • One or more certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, CSPA, Certified Machine Learning – Specialty (AWS), Predictive Analytics Certificate (SOA), CAHIMS, ITIL v3, or equivalent certifications.
