About this role

Starting Salary: $26.00 per hour plus bonus

This is position works on a hybrid schedule (2 days in the office, 3 days from home). As such, this position would require you to reside in the Bayport, NY area.

Your role here

From Day 1, your customer focus skills are put into action. Working with our seasoned team, you will handle customer orders and be the main point of contact for all customer questions.
 

Your experience and background

  • Strong Customer Service Experience & Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to partner with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Some exposure to forecasting is preferred
  • Keep customers informed of all external conditions affecting service levels
  • Administrative support
