What You’ll Be Doing

Our French Business Development Representative will lead the early-stage relationships with prospective customers. This position offers the opportunity for exposure to all facets of Sales and Marketing, with multiple layers of partnership across organizations, and endless career growth opportunities across the company.

Reporting to the EMEA Central BDR Manager, this role will be based in London covering the French and Spanish markets.
  • Managing inbound leads as well as executing outbound prospecting initiatives
  • Conducting discovery conversations with prospective customers, as well as target accounts
  • Having a strong work ethic: research, preparation, documentation, and tracking / reviewing performance are key to success
  • Building trusting and growth-focused relationships internally across your team and partners
  • Collaborating with Marketing to drive ROI on activities e.g. events, digital marketing, etc.
  • Collaborating with Sales to develop targeted marketing tactics against your target accounts.
     
What Skills & Experience You’ll Bring To Us
 
  • 3+ years work experience in a professional environment
  • Prior industry experience in Business Development and/or Sales, especially in the SaaS industry and covering the French market.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce and Salesloft (or similar products)
  • Outbound experience calling into French Enterprises is a must
  • Knowledge of sales methodology (e.g. MEDDPICC, BANT or similar)
  • Fluent in French language: Native level
  • Fluent in English
  • Advantageous would be knowledge of Spanish Language: Business level
