<p>We are partnering with one of the fastest growing AI startups to find a <strong>Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner</strong> who knows how to close hard-to-find engineering talent. We need a hunter who thrives in a high-velocity environment, acts as a strategic advisor to their Stakeholders and Engineering Leadership, and owns the full lifecycle, from sourcing to signature.</p>

<p><strong>Contract:</strong> Full-time B2B (Must be able to invoice as an independent contractor)</p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote (Priority given to candidates based in EMEA)</p>

<p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p>

<li><strong>Full-Cycle Ownership:</strong> You will own the hiring process for critical technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Product, Data). You aren't just a recruiter, you drive the process until the contract is signed.</li>
<li><strong>Strategic Headhunting:</strong> You don't wait for applicants. You proactively map the market, identify top-tier passive talent, and craft outreach that gets a response.</li>
<li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> You will work directly with senior stakeholders and hiring managers. You challenge their assumptions, calibrate their expectations, and guide them on market reality.</li>
<li><strong>Data-Driven Hiring:</strong> You use data to identify bottlenecks and improve time-to-hire. You don't just "feel" like it's going well; you have the numbers to prove it.</li>
<li><strong>Bar-Raising:</strong> You ensure every hire adds to the culture and technical density of the team. You are the gatekeeper of quality.</li>

<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>

<li><strong>Time Zone Alignment:</strong> You are fully comfortable working <strong>NY / East Coast hours</strong>. This schedule fits your lifestyle, and you are able to maintain high energy and availability during these hours.</li>
<li><strong>Tech Fluent:</strong> You speak "Engineer." You know the difference between Java and JavaScript, you understand cloud infrastructure, and you can screen candidates for technical aptitude before they ever speak to a hiring manager.</li>
<li><strong>Senior Experience:</strong> <strong>3+ years in full-cycle tech recruitment</strong> (Agency + In-house mix is ideal). You have closed senior/lead level engineers and navigated complex negotiations.</li>
<li><strong>Resilient & Proactive:</strong> You don’t take "no" for an answer easily. Ghosting happens, priorities change, but you keep the pipeline moving.</li>
<li><strong>English Mastery:</strong> Native or near-native English is essential. You need to write compelling pitches and negotiate complex offers with confidence.</li>
