About this role
<p>We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer within a <strong>pan-European consumer tech platform</strong> operating at significant scale.</p>
<p>The team owns long-term product development and builds <strong>reliable, high-throughput systems</strong> where the front end plays a critical role in performance, stability, and data-driven user experience. This is a <strong>core engineering group</strong> with real influence on platform evolution and technical direction, not a feature factory.</p>
<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<p>As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you’ll contribute to the development, customization, and optimization of Salesforce platforms, working closely with product and business stakeholders.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools</li>
<li>Customize standard Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, and reports</li>
<li>Support integrations with third-party systems via APIs</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions</li>
<li>Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices</li>
<li>Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous platform improvement</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows</strong></li>
<li>Deep understanding of <strong>Salesforce data modeling</strong>, security, and sharing model</li>
<li>Experience designing and owning <strong>complex business logic</strong> and automations</li>
<li>Proven experience with <strong>Salesforce integrations</strong> (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems)</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of <strong>Apex testing</strong>, debugging, and deployment best practices</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>Git</strong>, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines</li>
<li>Ability to translate complex business requirements into <strong>scalable technical solutions</strong></li>
<li>Comfortable working independently and <strong>owning features end to end</strong></li>
