About this role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program Coordinator to provide high-quality respiratory diagnostic and therapeutic care while supporting the development and coordination of individualized pulmonary rehabilitation plans. This role requires a professional capable of working independently, collaborating effectively with medical staff, and ensuring safe, cost-effective patient care. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, detail-oriented, and committed to advancing departmental goals.

 

Work Schedule: Variable days, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM

Required Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy and/or graduation from a two-year American Medical Association approved training program in Respiratory Care. Coursework and credentials (i.e. graduate of two-year respiratory therapist program plus CRTT credential) which meet the qualifications for the registry exam of the National Board for Respiratory Care may substitute for the associate degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a respiratory therapist with 1 year in pulmonary rehabilitation.
  • Registered as Licensed Respiratory Therapist (LRT) with State of Minnesota.
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) 
    • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
  • BCLS and ACLS certified within 6 months of hire.
