About this role

SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE

Join our team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) where you will provide patient care and support during general, regional or MAC anesthesia. Additionally, you will have responsibilities for patient safety while under anesthesia. The CRNA works with the staff Anesthesiologist and Surgeon to provide all elements of a safe and beneficial surgical procedure.

Regions Hospital is a verified Level I Trauma Center for both adults and children with the expertise and technology to treat the most serious injuries 24/7. We have a stellar team of 50+ Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists who provide care for patients of all acuity levels across 21 operating rooms. We perform over 14,000 surgical procedures annually with surgical specialties including: orthopedic, neurosurgical, vascular, cardiothoracic, plastics, ENT, general, OB-GYN, eye, urology, colo-rectal, burns and Da-Vinci robotic cases.

Our collaborative Anesthesia Care Team works hard to support each other while still allowing for independence. 

Work Schedule

This is a 0.8 FTE (64 hours per pay period). Schedule will be a mix of day (7:00 am - 3:00 pm) and evening (3:00 pm - 11:00) shifts. Some evening, weekend, and night shifts may be expected. There is flexibility to find the right schedule mix for staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate from School of Nursing
  • Graduate from School of Anesthesia or Certificate of Anesthesia program
  • Certified by the NBCRNA
  • Current RN license by Minnesota Board of Nursing
  • Current APRN license by Minnesota Board of Nursing

Candidates are eligible to receive a sign on bonus within the first two paychecks.
