Tri-City Group is seeking motivated Structured Cabling Installers to assist with large-scale data center construction projects in Cedar Rapids, IA. This is an exciting opportunity ideal for individuals who are dependable, physically capable, and eager to work in a hands-on environment. No prior cabling experience or certifications are required—training will be provided on-site. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with pulling and organizing category-rated and fiber optic cabling.
• Support installation of cable pathways, including ladder racks and J-hooks.
• Help with setup and cleanup of IT rooms and job sites.
• Load, carry, and stage materials and tools.
• Operate lifts and climb ladders as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and instructions from technicians.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Willingness to work in active construction environments.

Work Environment:

• Job sites are primarily large data centers under active construction.
• Work may be performed indoors and outdoors, in varying weather conditions.
• PPE and safety training will be provided and required.
