Job Description:
About the Role:
The Hand Packer role at the Carrollton location is responsible for packing acceptable product and/or icing into appropriate cans at the production line flow. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
- Separate unacceptable product.
- Pack acceptable product at production line speed and maintain production schedule.
- Pack all good product in containers.
- Monitor cans for proper weight and maintain adequate supply of cans.
- Make accurate and efficient change over.
- Adhere to good manufacturing practices to prevent product contamination.
- Comply with FDA, OSHA, EPA and all other regulatory agencies.
- Organization and cleanliness of work area is expected at all times.
- Perform any other duties required or assigned.
- Work overtime as required
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 2nd shift, which operates from 6:00p to 6:00a Monday through Friday with some Saturdays. Shift differential included.
About You:

- High School graduate or GED equivalent experience in order to possess the following:
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to perform basic math calculations to count product and fill orders
