  • Keep our social alwayson. Oversee and manage daily social media rhythms in conjunction with our retained digital agency, ensuring our brand voice is consistent and responsive.
  • Own the data backbone. Maintain marketing databases, lists, and customer records for segmentation and targeting purposes – so campaigns reach the right people at the right time.

  • Collaborate across functions. Work with cross‑functional partners to gather and organize inputs for content, campaigns, and events – turning fragmented information into clear execution.
  • Keep the team moving. Provide general admin support: schedule meetings, capture minutes, coordinate gifts, manage logistics and event bookings, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Measure and report. Assist in monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, preparing clear reports for review and optimization.

  • Keep us stocked. Manage inventory in the marketing storeroom so teams have what they need when they need it.
