This role is part of the Talent and Culture Team, Center of Excellence. The Digital Learning Consultant is responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and support of the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS). In partnership with HRIS, this role ensures the LMS is optimized for user experience, operates as intended, and supports the delivery of high-quality learning content dispersed by the Talent Team. This role collaborates with instructional designers, HR, IT, and other learning stakeholders to maintain and enhance the digital learning experience. The ideal candidate will also be able to help create digital learning content for dispersion via our LMS.
