In this role, you'll:
Working as part of the People Operations Division within the Professional Integrity unit. You will lead a professional standards and investigations teams to ensure effective service delivery, whilst providing expert risk and welfare considered case resolution options and sound guidance on workforce behaviour standards, investigations and issues.
You will ensure that the management of worker conduct and behaviour cases—including investigations—is handled effectively and aligns with principles of procedural fairness, risk mitigation, resolution protocols, legal obligations and enterprise standards. A key aspect of this role is developing and implementing strategies, systems and frameworks that promote ethical professional practices. You will also champion ethical workplace practices and drive enterprise-wide professional integrity across the organisation.
This position is a permanent position. Your home base will be at Macquarie Park with Hybrid work arrangements, 3 days a week in the office. Regional candidates are encouraged to apply.

About you
Your leadership in professional integrity and workplace conduct wil see you excel in this role. A background in professional integrity, HR compliance, or employment law—combined with a solid understanding of relevant legislation and demonstrated experience, is essential.
You consistently foster positive team cultures and bring a proactive, forward-thinking, and pragmatic approach to your teams work.
You have a proven track record of leading teams through sensitive matters and navigating complex environments with confidence and integrity. Your expertise includes applying a holistic lens to professional investigations and employment law, ensuring fair, thorough, and principled outcomes. This is complemented by deep experience in stakeholder engagement and management, along with strong influencing skills that drive results and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups, including executive leadership.
