In this role, you'll:
be working as part of a team delivering specialised registration and licensing products and services, you will contribute to accurate data management, customer support, and the integrity of vital NSW driver and vehicle information systems.
This role will see you apply your attention to detail and problem‑solving skills to assess applications, manage sensitive information, respond to stakeholder enquiries, and ensure high‑quality customer service. You will also have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in regulatory processes, fraud identification, and information release protocols within a supportive team environment.
We currently have a couple of short‑term opportunities based at our Grafton, NSW office.

About you
You will build accuracy, efficiencies and trusted outcomes in a busy operational environment where data integrity, timeliness, and clear communication are essential.
Your well-developed organisational skills, analytical capability, and strong communication—formed across administration, customer service, regulatory, or data-processing environments—will see you manage competing priorities, meet strict deadlines, and uphold system integrity. You're recognised as a reliable, detail‑focused team contributor, skilled at assessing information, applying policies and procedures, and experienced in research, data reconciliation, stakeholder communication, and maintaining accurate records.
